This project was a $1.3 million contract for the renovation of 3,500 square feet of the main hospital into a women centric area. Work included significant ICRA measures to protect the patient population and staff, demolition of an office area, cast in place concrete, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, rough and finish carpentry, cementitious sheathing, solid polymer paneling, thermal insulation, fire-stopping, joint sealants, hollow metal and wood doors with hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical ceilings, resilient base, resilient sheet, resilient tile, resinous epoxy base with vinyl chip broadcast, carpeting, vinyl-coated fabric wall covering, painting, signage, cubical curtain tracks, wall and door protection, toilet and bath accessories, fire extinguisher cabinets, manufactured wood casework and counter tops, seismic restraints for non-structural components, wet-pipe sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, and electronic safety and security systems.
