This $8.5 million project is for the design-build of a 29,000 s.f. Naval Reserve Center serving four units. It features a standing seam metal roof system, masonry and steel structure, landscaping, paving, casework, storefront, electric HVAC system, solar hot water, sprinkler system, low voltage systems, various flooring’s and wall coverings. It is a LEED Silver project.

This project is a Navy, design-build contract on a military base for a 29,000 s.f. office-type, military support building. The building is a steel frame structure with steel truss, standing seam metal roof system and brick facade. It includes AT/FP measures, a slab foundation, fire sprinkler system, standard plumbing and electrical systems, an electrical HVAC system, casework, storefront, landscaping, paving, low voltage systems, vinyl tile, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, carpet, painted and tiled walls. It features a waiting/entry area, offices, meeting/training rooms, a reception area, a computer lab, electrical room, fire sprinkler room, drill hall, and utility/storage areas. It includes LEED Silver certification.
